Tecnocut has been awarded with the Innovative SME seal by the Ministry of Science and Innovation for the second time. This recognition was received as a reward for the research, development and innovation (R&D&I) carried out by the company over the last few years.

Thanks to the work of a multidisciplinary team, made up of an engineering department and its own production facilities, Tecnocut is able to continue its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Franc Estrada, chief engineer officer at Tecnocut, said: ‘Being awarded with the Innovative SME seal twice in a row is a recognition that demonstrates our dedication and commitment to offering cutting-edge technology to the industry in general and, especially, to the label and converting sector.’

With the renewal of the Innovative SME seal, Tecnocut become a member of the small group of Spanish companies, which have been awarded with the distinction on more than one occasion. The seal has been awarded due to the innovative nature of the company and its participation in numerous pioneering projects in recent years.

The Innovative SME seal is a recognition granted by the Ministry of Science and Innovation to companies whose activity focuses on R&D&I. The distinction was created in June 2014, with the aim of establishing a system of positive discrimination among companies that favors those most likely to remain in time, grow and be competitive.
