Emirates Polystyrene installs USAR 430 finisher

Emirates Polystyrene Industries has installed USAR 430 finishing machine from Vinsak at its label division Eva Labels. 

Established in 1988 in Dubai, UAE Emirates Polystyrene Industries (EPI) is a manufacturer of plastic rolls from basic raw materials to finished products. The increasing demand for plastics in the dairy and ice cream industries coupled with the need to produce eco-friendly durables motivated the company to make high-quality plastic packaging products. The company has now enhanced its production capabilities by installing the Vinsak USAR 430 finishing machine. 

This modular Universal slitter and re-winder operates on a fully servo-driven system, equipped with inline die-cutting, pneumatic unwinders and rewinders, a razor slitting system, dual rewinders, and the ability to slit a wide range of material from 12-micron films to 450gsm boards.
