Italian converter Etichettificio Il Nastro has acquired Lemorau ICR3 inspection, slitter and rewinder machine
Founded by Donato Crisci in 1986 the Italian converter is based in Cittá di Castello, Perugia. The combination of long experience in the labeling industry, the investment in advanced technology and the thrive of a young and dynamic team of experts, makes Etichettificio Il Nastro one of the competitive companies in the field.

The machine for Etichettificio Il Nastro was developed with web width of 450mm and the converter chose to incorporate a Clear-on-Clear sensor and a QRC (Quick Remote Connection) as optional features.

The Lemorau ICR3 is already equipped with an electronic web guide, automatic tension controlled by servo motors, air trim removal, six sets of circular knives with lateral adjustment, reverse job and labels in/labels out rewinding.

It can also incorporate, as optional features, a video inspection system, turret rewinding, razor slitting knives and a rewinder unit for defects.

Crisci said: ‘We´ve been working with Erre Gi Elle for 30 years and it seemed natural to us to follow their advice regarding the ICR3 inspection machine. We are surprised by the easiness of use of this machine, we are very happy with it. We will again consider purchasing Lemorau products in the future.
