French converter installs Lemorau Smart-L in La Rochelle

Sudelek/VR. Graphique, Lemorau’s exclusive distributer in France has recently installed a Lemorau Smart-L for a customer in the southwestern coastal city of La Rochelle.

The Lemorau Smart-L was installed by the Sudelek, VR Graphique team, offering the customer entry into new markets as well as good production expectations.

The Smart-L is the latest generation of compact finishing machines in the Lemorau portfolio. Completely redesigned and developed with a small footprint, short web path to reduce waste and intelligent software for a fast set up, reducing workload and increase productivity.

Completely servo driven, this machine can operate in both rotary and semi rotary modes.

As standard, the Lemorau Smart-L includes electronic web guide, 250 job memory for easy and quick set ups, two interchangeable pneumatic rewinders and QRC (quick remote connection) for fast and easy remotely access to the machine.

The customer specified as optional features, a semi rotary flexo unit with UV curing, corona treatment, pressure gauges, razor knives unit and air trim removal.
