Litograf buys new Lemorau Mebr+ finishing machine

Lemorau Mebr+ comes with a range of additional optional features to fit customer requirements

Litograf, a printing company in Slovakia, has bought Lemorau Mebr+ machine.

The machine was developed in 330mm (about 1.08 ft) web, and the customer chose to add, as optional features, hot foil stamping with embossing drawer, air trim removal, easy strip waste rewinder and QRC software (quick remote connection).

The decision to invest in the Mebr+ machine was made after thorough research and consideration by Litograf’s team. Eduard Vidra, co-owner of Litograf, said: ‘We chose Lemorau as we have a great relationship, and we know that they deliver great machines. We are very happy with our new hot stamping die-cutting setup as it gave us the needed boost in production.’

The Lemorau Mebr+ can run in rotary/semi-rotary modes and includes, as standard features, electronic web guide, automatic web tension controlled by servo motors, 250 job memories and double rewinding, among others.

Lemorau Mebr+ can incorporate a vast list of optional features such as corona treatment, cold foil, flexo printing units with UV curing, flat bed screen printing, speed pack to increase semi rotary speed up to a max of 80 meters in a minute and automatic positioning of the knives, just to name a few.

Litograf has already purchased several Lemorau machines including another Mebr+, two manual core cutters Lemorau CT1500, an automatic rewinder Lemorau RA and two Lemorau ER400 roll lifters.
