L&L appoints new India Editor

Labels & Labeling has appointed Pallavi Choudhary as its new India Editor for the India and MENA region.

Based in Noida, Choudhary was previously involved in a similar kind of role at IPP Catalog Publications, known for its magazines Indian Printer & Publisher and Packaging South Asia. At IPP, she learned about the trends and innovations in the printing and packaging industry. Choudhary’s technical background will help her understand the technicalities of the machines and equipment being launched in the label and packaging market.

Speaking about joining the team, Choudhary said: ‘Labels & Labeling has been doing an incredible job for many years, and I am very excited to be part of this team. The team has a positive approach and attitude that has helped the magazine make it unique. I thank Pradeep Saroha and Chelsea McDougall for choosing me for this role, giving me such a great opportunity, and having faith in me.’

Choudhary will be busy covering the India and MENA region ahead of Labelexpo Europe 2023, which will be her first international exhibit with the Labels & Labeling team. 

‘Labelexpo events are phenomenal, and the credit goes to the team which has put all their efforts in making the series one of the best in the international market,’ Choudhary said. ‘I look forward to attending Labelexpo Europe 2023, and I am excited to meet the industry and the complete team in person and get the updates for the new products, trends, and innovations driving the industry.’ 

Choudhary replaces former India editor Akanksha Meena, who recently was promoted to lead Labels & Labeling branding and design content as its global brands editor.
