Mike Ritterling joins Enercon

Mike Ritterling has joined Enercon in the newly created position of technical support and field service manager.

The position centralizes leadership and coordination of Enercon’s field service engineers and technical support departments who provide phone support, field service, and start-up assistance to Enercon customers. Enercon’s support group is the largest in the industry for the products and applications they support.

Ritterling’s industry experience includes globally produced plastics and additive manufacturing machinery. He has led international support teams and assisted customers with hands-on troubleshooting, repair and field support.

Ritterling earned his bachelor of business administration degree, business administration, management and operations from Marian University.
