Pulse Roll Label Products expands technical sales team

Pulse Roll Label Products (Pulse), the narrow web printing ink specialist, has appointed Sean Labas as technical sales representative. 

With more than 35 years’ experience in the ink and print sector, Labas joins the company to advise customers on the latest innovations from Pulse. His appointment follows the continued success of Monolox, the Fixed Anilox Printing process championed by Pulse that enables the production of any spot color using just one anilox volume. 

Labas’ extensive ink technology knowledge and specialist experience in color management and lamp applications with UV and LED inks will be a huge asset to the business, which also recently launched the dual cure UV LED ink solution PureTone DC. 

Having previously studied ink technology at West Herts College, prior to joining Pulse Labas spent many years working as a technical sales manager for several ink producers. Throughout his career he has often dealt with UV specialty coatings and UV digital primers, developing his extensive ink application knowledge with workflow and color management software providers.
