Labelexpo to host free conference in Chicago

The teams behind Labelexpo and Labels & Labeling, the sister magazine to Package Print Worldwide, are to host a free one-day conference in the Chicago area that will address a number of topics, including the convergence of the label and package print industries.
 
Held at the Crowne Plaza O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois on February 24, 2012, the industry conference will also present new features to be held at this year’s Labelexpo Americas, set for September 11-13 in Rosemont. The first Package Printing Zone was held at last year’s Labelexpo Europe show, and is set to make its North American debut at Labelexpo Americas 2012.
 
The Label Day presentations will run from 1200-1700 with a networking reception to follow. Other topics to be discussed include: results of the 2012 North America Label Converter Survey, 12 ways label converters can reduce waste in 2012 and a keynote presentation (TBD).
