Vetaphone launches Certified Service Partnerships
The scheme will give customers access to locally based, trained service partners and stocks of critical spare parts.
Vetaphone has launched its Certified Service Partnerships (CSP) scheme to strengthen local service and support for customers worldwide.
Under the scheme, certified local agents will become the first point of contact for customers, providing technical assistance, spare parts and maintenance support for surface treatment equipment used on printing presses, laminating lines and extruders.
Anders Dueholm, support and spare parts manager at Vetaphone, said: ‘The aim is to bring Vetaphone support closer to our customers by strengthening the relationship between our local partners and the installed customer base, providing faster response times, better access to spare parts and an even higher level of service.’
To achieve certification, agents will undertake an intensive training course at Vetaphone’s headquarters in Denmark, followed by regular training updates to keep their knowledge and skills current.
Certified partners will hold stocks of critical and frequently required spare parts to help reduce response times and equipment downtime. The scheme will also provide a framework for scheduled routine maintenance to help prevent unplanned production stoppages.
Vetaphone will manage the scheme and provide ongoing support to its certified partners.
Dueholm added: ‘Vetaphone invented and has pioneered corona technology across a variety of market sectors, this is the latest stage of our ongoing commitment to improve local service and support for customers, wherever they are in the world.’
