Ravi Print Pack invests in second Mark Andy press

Delhi-based Ravi Print Pack has invested in a Mark Andy Evolution Series E5 to increase its label production and expand its flexible capabilities. The machine was supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG).

Ravi Print Pack is a one-stop destination for out-of-the-box labels and more. Since its inception in 2008, the company has been working for clients from the key sectors like liquor, pharmaceutical, FMCG, automobiles, logistics, electrical and electronics in the Indian subcontinent and Africa.

With a strong team of 60 skilled staff, the company’s facility is equipped with 20 machines and consistently invests in best-in-class machines and equipment. The latest investment in the Evolution Series E5 is the second Mark Andy press from FIG.

The company has been running the 8-colour Mark Andy 2200 press for several years.

The Mark Andy Evolution Series E5 boasts independent inking and impression, as well as robust die-cutting and production tension control. Such features and capabilities of the press, in turn, guarantee printing and production of high-quality labels.

Capable of operating at a maximum speed of 230 m/min, the latest investment enables Ravi Print Pack to print on a variety of substrates ranging from 0.5 mil to 12 pt (12–305 microns), with an unwind capacity of 40 in.
