Stahl launches Repura barrier coatings

Stahl has launched Repura, a new barrier coatings portfolio designed to enable the replacement of plastic materials in paper-based packaging without compromising protection, functionality or recyclability.

The range provides barrier performance against oil and grease, water and water vapor, and oxygen transmission, and is suitable for direct food-contact applications across paper and board as well as flexible packaging. Coated paper-based packaging remains recyclable and repulpable, supporting the transition away from plastic-based films and foils while maintaining shelf appeal.
