Creation Reprographics appoints operations director

Creation Reprographics has appointed Phil Brown as operations director, strengthening its leadership team as the UK-based prepress specialist and flexo plate supplier builds on its 2024 move to a purpose-built headquarters.

Brown brings experience across print, pre-press and production sectors in senior operational and leadership roles focused on workflow efficiency, scalable processes and team performance. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations and internal process optimization as the business scales.

'The investment in the new HQ and the ambition of the business really stood out to me,' said Brown. 'There's a strong foundation here, and I'm looking forward to working with the team to strengthen operations, enhance efficiencies and support the next phase of growth.'
