HiFlow launches AI logistics suite

The new AI-powered platform automates supplier deliveries, BOL processing and procure-to-pay workflows.

HiFlow Solutions has launched an AI-powered logistics suite designed to automate purchasing, logistics, production and finance workflows in the packaging and label manufacturing industry.

The platform introduces AI-driven BOL processing that automatically scans and processes bills of lading regardless of their structure, identifies key data such as BOL numbers and attaches files to corresponding shipping records in HiFlow's ERP system. The technology eliminates manual data entry across the procure-to-pay cycle, from order creation and goods receipt to final payment.

'Logistics remains one of the most complex and time-intensive areas in packaging operations,' said Nathan Ricciardella, CEO of HiFlow. 'By extending AI automation across the entire procure-to-pay workflow, from purchase order processing and supplier deliveries to BOL validation and payment authorization, we eliminate repetitive data handling and give manufacturers instant accuracy and full traceability.'

The supplier delivery processing module uses AI to automate registration of incoming goods into HiFlow's inventory module. Instead of requiring staff to record each delivery manually, the system reads, validates and imports shipping data such as manifests or advanced shipping notices directly, eliminating manual attachments. The technology provides real-time visibility into inbound logistics.

'Speed is the number one achievement of AI technology,' commented Alfonso Hernandez, vice president of sales at HiFlow. 'It transforms what was once a multi-hour manual process into seconds. AI can drive significant real-world impacts for packaging manufacturers and label converters, improving accuracy, accelerating logistics and strengthening supplier collaboration.'

The platform aims to help manufacturers achieve faster material availability, greater accuracy and improved production readiness while eliminating manual effort and reducing human error risk.
