Height-LED and Victory partner on curing tech

Victory Lighting has announced a partnership with Height-LED to bring a full range of UV-LED curing systems to the North American printing industry. Bringing together two UV specialists, the partnership pairs Height-LED’s manufacturing capability with Victory North America’s applications knowledge, stock and hands-on technical support, all delivered from a dedicated team on the ground in the region. 

The systems are proven in demanding label and flexo applications and extend Victory’s established Ultraviolet and Infrared range into complete UV-LED curing and coating. For print businesses, that means a single source for specifying, sourcing and supporting curing technology.

Height-LED contributes proven UV-LED engineering and manufacturing scale. Victory contributes decades of applications knowledge across ultraviolet and infrared technologies, as well as an understanding of how curing systems perform in real production environments. Systems are designed for straightforward OEM integration, so they fit cleanly into existing and new press lines. For the customer, that means technology built by specialists and delivered by people who know how to make it work on the press. 

Victory North America provides hands-on support at every stage, from specifying the right system for a given application, through installation and integration guidance, to ongoing after-sales support. With a dedicated team and stocked warehouse serving the US, Canada and South America, customers deal with people in their own time zone who understand both the products and the print processes they serve. The technology has a track record in demanding label and flexo applications, and the energy efficiency of modern UV-LED brings lower running costs and heat output compared with conventional curing.
