Zecher expands service portfolio

Zecher, one of the leading manufacturers of anilox rolls, has expanded its laser cleaning service offering with a new cleaning system. With the new center, the company is focusing on reliable cleaning of anilox rolls and sleeves.

The centerpiece of the new service offering is an innovative Evolux 3000 Max laser cleaning system, which was integrated in close collaboration with long-standing partner Ulmex—further expanding the partnership.

Residues such as ink, varnish or adhesives are completely removed without damaging the sensitive cell structure of the anilox roller. The Evolux 3000 Max cleans anilox rollers and sleeves up to 3000mm in length using an environmentally-friendly cleaning process and without any chemical additives.

With the new Cleaning Center, Zecher is responding to the printing industry’s growing demands for process reliability, efficiency and sustainability. Customers benefit from professional cleaning directly at the manufacturer’s facility: fast, reliable and at the highest technical standard.
