MPS appoints three area sales managers

MPS has made three key appointments to its global sales team in response to successful international sales and preparation of forecasted future growth of its flexo, hybrid and offset printing presses.

Niels van Groenendaal has become the dedicated area sales manager for Spain and Latin America

Joining MPS in the roles of area sales managers are Niels van Groenendaal, Suwannee Tantisrisuk and Sebastiaan Rakhorst.

Van Groenendaal has become the dedicated area sales manager for Spain and Latin America. Van Groenendaal brings seven years of international sales experience in Europe and the Middle East, with his most recent role as sales account manager at Securitech, a Dutch supplier of specialized document verification equipment for identity fraud and forensics.

Eric Hoendervangers, global sales and marketing director at MPS, commented: ‘Latin America has great potential for MPS, and we have shown our commitment of support there with the recent appointment of three new local agents in Fencsa, Coras do Brasil and Ferrostaal Chile. Niels van Groenendaal will provide further dedicated support to all our agents and customers in this territory as well as in Spain.’

In another strategically important development, MPS Systems Asia has appointed Suwannee Tantisrisuk to handle Southeast Asia, with a focus on Thailand and surrounding countries

The third addition to the MPS sales team is Sebastiaan Rakhorst, who has joined as junior area sales manager. After finishing his higher education in economics, Rakhorst gained experience in international sales, marketing and export. He is beginning his career at MPS in an intensive traineeship program to gain valuable insight across multiple departments within the company, and will develop into the role of area sales manager.

MPS CEO Wim van den Bosch commented: ‘At MPS, we are always looking for young talent to join our team. We offer a range of internships and traineeship programs in production, engineering, marketing, finance and more, and encourage applicants to identify their area of interest.

‘We warmly welcome Niels van Groenendaal, Suwannee Tantisrisuk and Sebastiaan Rakhorst to MPS and look forward to the unique contributions each of these three individuals will provide.’
