Toyo Ink names president of merged subsidiaries in Taiwan

Toyo Advanced Science Taiwan has been formed by the merger of Toyo Ink Chemicals Taiwan and Toyo Ink Taiwan. Toyo Ink Taiwan had imported and sold Toyo Ink color and functional materials, polymers and coatings into Taiwan, while Toyo Ink Chemicals Taiwan had manufactured and sold resist inks used for LCD color filters.

With the merger, Toyo Ink Taiwan has been dissolved, and the merged business renamed as Toyo Advanced Science Taiwan.
