Dscoop Edge Slovenia draws 550 members
HP print community wraps three-day Ljubljana event with focus on AI and growth.
Dscoop's Edge Slovenia conference has concluded in Ljubljana after three days of sessions, networking and technology demonstrations, with nearly 550 members from around 40 countries attending, more than 40 percent of whom were first-time Edge attendees.
The event, held at the GR Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center from 10 to June 12, 2026, featured more than 40 peer-led sessions covering leadership, AI, workflow automation, culture, sales and marketing and business strategy. Keynote presentations were delivered by futurist Christian Kromme, culture expert Erin Meyer and innovation thought leader Peter Hinssen.
A Solutions Showcase featured 29 Dscoop partners demonstrating digital printing, workflow automation, AI, finishing and software technologies. HP ran live demonstrations of the HP Indigo 18K and HP Indigo 200K digital presses, alongside presentations on HP Nio, its AI-powered assistant, and HP PrintOS Order Flow, a connected production workflow platform.
The event included a Dscoop Academia program bringing more than 30 students into contact with HP Industrial Print businesses, and a Next Gen meeting for second-generation family business leaders. Some 44 percent of attendees were under 44 years old.
'The greatest value of Dscoop has always been the willingness of members to help one another succeed,' said Peter van Teeseling, executive director of Dscoop. 'Growth happens faster when people share what they know.'
'Beyond the technology and the packed show floor, the real value was in the honest, deep conversations,' noted Noam Zilbershtain, vice president and general manager of HP Indigo. 'Many of our customers in Europe run family businesses. For them, print isn't just about operations. It's a legacy.'
