Loupe India 2026 to host Women in Print Power session

Loupe India 2026 will host the "Women in Print Power" session on October 31, 12-2 PM, an exclusive gathering designed to champion gender diversity and leadership within the print and packaging industry.  

Sponsored by Labels & Labeling magazine, this event will bring together women leaders from the labels industry for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, shared insights, and networking at New Banquet Hall, Expo Inn Suites & Convention, Greater Noida. 

The session will feature leading industry voices including Jade Grace, managing director, Loupe Global, Isha Deshpande, director, Trigon Digipack and Shipra Bijawat, senior manager HR business partner, comm. LGM, Avery Dennison who will join a moderated panel discussion and dive into the realities of women leadership and inclusion in the sector.  

The panel will explore the cultural and organizational changes that have enabled recent diversity achievements, practical steps companies can take to actively improve gender diversity within their ranks. They will also discuss strategies for breaking down lingering misconceptions surrounding women in technical and manufacturing roles and methods for building long-term career pathways, mentorship and leadership opportunities for women.
