Printpack selected as snack packaging launch partner

Printpack has been chosen as a packaging partner of snack manufacturer Yumsh Snacks for the launch of its new Ten Acre Snacks brand.

The Ten Acre Crisps range was released in December with a soft launch while the main UK nationwide launch commenced in March 2014

Printpack is to produce the packaging for the new Ten Acre Snacks brand that satisfies various dietary requirements, including gluten-free, dairy-free, MSG-free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher and halal.

The premium-style packs are gravure printed using Printpack’s fixed color palette to reduce colors and complexities and efficiently deliver strong colors and high impact graphics. The packs needed to have a striking on shelf appeal and help generate interest in the unique flavors such as ‘How Chicken Soup Saved The Day’, ‘When Bombay Got Spicy’ or ‘The Day Sweet And Sour Became Friends'.

John Chedgy, key account manager at Printpack, added: ‘Being able to support our customer from the start of the project has enabled Printpack to offer the full benefit of its experience, innovative solutions and excellent customer service to help better protect and promote the unique product. We are sure the launch will be a great success.’
