Cartondruck and MPS forge partnership

Leading European carton manufacturer, Cartondruck, has signed a purchase agreement with US-based Multi Packaging Solutions, Inc (MPS), which will add new potential to its creative and visionary capability as part of one of the world’s leading premium packaging suppliers.  The expansion of Cartondruck’s Polish factory will now be faster than originally planned.

MPS is a leader in print, packaging, and labels for the cosmetics, healthcare, media and consumer markets, so the new agreement with Cartondruck will offer current and prospective customers of both companies an unparalleled range of products, design resources, print technologies, and manufacturing capabilities in both the US and Europe.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
