Croatian converter installs Weigang ZX-320G
The converter aims to enhance its capabilities in premium label production and short-run applications.
Weigang has completed the installation and commissioning of a ZX-320G intermittent offset press at a Croatian label converter, further expanding the company’s offset printing capabilities for high-quality adhesive label production.
The newly installed press is configured with five offset printing units, multiple varnishing stations, hot stamping, semi-rotary die-cutting and advanced inspection systems, supporting a wide range of premium label applications.
Designed for short- to medium-run production, the ZX-320G combines servo-driven web handling with intermittent offset technology to deliver stable registration, reduced setup waste and consistent print quality across demanding label jobs.
The machine also features UV curing, BST web-guiding and inspection systems, automatic plate mounting, remote ink control, chilled ink rollers and an advanced waste-rewinding system, designed to improve production efficiency and operator convenience.
According to Weigang, the installation reflects continued demand for flexible offset machinery capable of integrating printing and finishing processes within a compact production platform.
Technical teams from both sides worked closely throughout the installation and commissioning process to ensure smooth startup and stable operation.
With the new ZX-320G now fully operational, the converter is expected to strengthen further its capabilities in premium label production and diversified short-run applications.
