Spande shows S5 Series flexo at Loupe South China

Spande has confirmed participation in Loupe South China 2026, scheduled for December 2 to 4 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. At Hall 1, booth C2, the company will highlight its S5 Series flexo printing press.

The Spande S5 Series flexo printing press is a mature model, proven at trade shows and in live customer production. The company has demonstrated how its reliable performance and strong ROI deliver practical production value for label and flexible packaging converters.

The S5 Series was developed specifically for growing and mid-range customers. It covers substrate thicknesses from 12 to 300 microns at speeds up to 200m/min, designed for high-quality labels and plastic films.

The printing cylinder, anilox roller, and anvil roller are each independently driven. With over 50 servo motors and no external gears on the printing cylinder, the S5 eliminates traditional gear marks. Combined with precision multi-stage closed-loop tension control, it delivers high print quality even on sensitive film substrates.

The short web path and the intuitive M-drive operating system reduce setup time. Robust sliding rails on every flexo unit allow easy in-line integration of cold foil, hot stamping, lamination, screen printing, rotogravure, and digital units.

The optional servo and pneumatic-hydraulic die-cutting unit provides precise, automatic pressure control. An optimized snowball stripping design with an extra driven roller ensures stable high-speed waste removal for small and irregular labels. The optional M TRACK registration system uses optical sensors and high-speed counters for rapid, automatic register control in both directions.
