Zecher has announced the retirement of technical CEO Rüdiger Wand after almost 30 years with the company, where he guided it through successful and challenging times while initiating important innovations, modernizing processes and accelerating future-oriented developments.

'With his tireless dedication, loyalty and expertise, Rüdiger has played a significant role in shaping our company. We would like to thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his long and successful collaboration and wish him all the best for this new chapter in his life,' commented Thomas Eisner, managing director of Zecher.

Sven Krause, who was appointed CTO in the middle of last year, will take over as the point of contact for technical matters.

Despite Wand's retirement, Zecher remains confident about its future with a management team consisting of Thomas Eisner (CEO), Thomas Reinking (sales), Sven Krause (technology) and Jörg Rohde (application technology).

The company's initial goals following the restructuring are to further expand Zecher's technological leadership in laser engraving, set new sustainable standards in prepress technology and create added value for Zecher customers and partners.
