Konica Minolta expands UK engagement center

Houghton Regis facility brings full print and digital portfolio under one roof.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK has expanded its Client Engagement Centre in Houghton Regis near Luton, creating a single facility where customers can experience the company's full range of print, digital workplace and intelligent video alongside its production print and industrial print portfolio.

The expansion marks the second phase of the center’s development and represents one of the company's most significant UK investments. The facility hosts tailored discovery workshops, pre-sales conversations, partner forums and live demonstrations, with 75 percent of customer visits resulting in a sale and 98 percent of visitors recommending the experience.

Technologies showcased at the expanded center include packaging and label production, commercial print, print room automation, workflow and automation services, intelligent video, managed cloud services and digital workplace technologies, including ERP integrations.
