Bahpol becomes Südpack Kłobuck
Südpack has finalized its acquisition of Bahpol, based in Poland, as it seeks to increase its packaging finishing capacity and further expand its service portfolio for international customers.

Südpack Packaging Group operates 35 sales offices and production sites in Germany, France, Poland and Switzerland. Südpack specializes in hard/soft films and plastic bags. Films are printed using flexographic, rotogravure and digital.
Based in Kłobuck, near Częstochowa, Bahpol has more than 20 years of experiencing in packaging finishing, as well as flexographic printing. Now, as part of the Südpack Group, Bahpol will operate under the new name Südpack Kłobuck, and offer its services to existing and new customers.
‘We are very pleased with the new addition to our corporate group and would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Südpack colleagues at Bahpol,’ said Südpack Group managing partner Johannes Remmele. ‘Our goal for the years ahead is to continue to grow internationally.
‘The new site and new team members in Poland represent another significant step towards achieving this goal.’
Remmele views the fusion of the two companies as a win-win situation. ‘The new site has all the necessary certificates for packaging finishing along with a modern machinery park to ensure maximum production and product quality. This not only expands our Südpack portfolio, it also offers Bahpol a number of opportunities to benefit from the Südpack network. We are already looking forward to working together on our first joint projects.’
