Arrow Systems opens Ontario center

Burlington facility showcases digital label and packaging technology.

Arrow Systems has opened an experience center in Burlington, Ontario, inviting brands, converters and creative professionals to explore its digital label and packaging technology.

The facility at 5100 S Service Rd #15 features Arrow's water-based pigment ink technology, engineered with Swiss-compliant formulations offering print resolutions up to 1,600 x 1,600 DPI for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.

'We wanted to create a space where technology meets creativity,' stated Shaan Patel, director at Arrow Systems. 'Our goal was to give customers an environment where they can see real-world applications, test materials and truly understand how our digital printing systems can transform their business.'

Visitors can explore the ArrowJet range from narrow web to wide web systems up to 25 inches, including the ArrowJet Aqua 330R for high-speed in-house digital label production, the ArrowJet Hybrid Pro integrating digital printing with in-line slitting, and the ArrowJet Aqua 800M for wide web flexible packaging applications.

The center features print-and-cut systems, including the ArrowJet Nova 250R and ArrowJet Nova 330R, offering in-line printing and laser cutting to reduce setup times and eliminate tooling costs.

'Brands today don't just need printers; they need partners who understand their pressures,' added Patel. 'Whether it's a food brand needing compliance-ready inks or a cosmetic company requiring color accuracy across SKUs, our systems deliver both speed and quality.'

The facility supports production from prototyping to mid-run jobs, seasonal labels to variable data printing, and security features to compliance packaging.
