Lemorau showcases cutting-edge innovations at Labelexpo

Lemorau has confirmed it will present its latest advancements in smart production technology at this year's Labelexpo, featuring the newly improved Smart-L Premium equipped with the company's next-generation software.

The unified platform, developed in-house, will be integrated across all of Lemorau's flexo printing, die-cutting, embellishment and finishing machines. Designed with productivity in mind, the enhanced software enables automatic initial positioning of tools, fast register setup and barcode scanning for tool recognition, drastically reducing setup times and material waste.

Also on display was the upgraded ICR4 inspection slitter rewinder, now featuring enhanced precision equipment and automatic slitting knife positioning. For flexo printing and die cutting, where speed and precision are critical, this new system represents a major leap forward in efficiency and user experience.

Lemorau rounded out its showcase with its range of auxiliary equipment, including core cutters and roll lifters designed to streamline every step of the label production process.
