Nutech Security adds Rhyguan machinery
Delhi-NCR printer installs inspection and converting machine.
Faridabad-based Nutech Security Printers has installed a Rhyguan Smart-370 label inspection and converting machine with a Luster camera, supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), to add to its post-press equipment as the Delhi-NCR company continues to upgrade its facility.
The Smart-370 is a fully servo-driven, roll-to-roll machine for 100 percent defect inspection and high-speed slitting of pressure-sensitive labels. It combines inspection and slitting with a rewinding line for narrow web converting, handles web widths of up to 370mm and has an open design that allows integration with inspection systems and inkjet numbering from major brands. The integrated Luster camera automatically maps and identifies defects.
FIG is an authorized Indian distributor and service provider for Rhyguan, Luster and several other makers of flexo presses and finishing equipment. 'It is a great delight for us to welcome Nutech Security Printers as a new and valued customer. The company has invested in the Rhyguan Smart-370, one of the demanding label machines in our current portfolio,' said Gourav Roy, managing director of FIG.
Nutech Security Printers was launched in 1984 as the security and label printing division of Nutech Group, which dates to 1971, when the late K. L. Shroff founded the business. The group is now run by the next generation of the Shroff family. The company holds multiple ISO certifications for quality, safety and environmental management, and makes security forms, coupons, lottery tickets, event tickets and security labels.
'With more than four decades of experience, we are proud to be a trusted provider of security printing services across various sectors. Our commitment to reliability and security enables us to deliver high-quality security forms, coupons, lottery tickets, event tickets and security labels to a host of long-standing customers,' explained S. L. Gupta, production head at Nutech Security Printers.
'We also manufacture customized labels to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Our dedicated production team manages these requirements with precision, supported by modern, advanced and reliable machinery and technologies, such as the newly installed Rhyguan Smart-370 label inspection and converting machine,' he added. Gupta also praised FIG's after-sales service and support, saying it remains strong regardless of the time or circumstances.
