Bobst runs M5 demonstrations at Labelexpo India

On 22, 23 and 24 November 22, 23 and 24, demonstrations will take place on the hour at 11:00 am, midday, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. On November 25, they will take place at 11am, midday, 2pm and 3pm.

The M5 is a full servo in-line UV flexo press able to process most substrates used in the production of labels and packaging. The configuration of the M5 on show features several digital technologies that are part of the company’s Digital Automation program. These include Revo 7-color extended gamut printing, delivering the assurance of color consistency, and the Digital Flexo and DigiGap systems for digitally automated print and die-cutting pressure control and closed loop print quality/pdf control at all speeds. 

The M5 is said by Bobst to be ‘an easy-to-use press which does not need experienced operators’. Other than manual loading of cylinders for job changes, the M5 is run from a touchscreen. 

The live demonstrations will also highlight the capabilities provided by the M5 remote connectivity features to exploit data and further improve the production process and pressroom efficiency.
