Flint Group simplifies narrow web at Loupe Americas

At Booth 5821, the narrow web team will show a system to cut complexity, boost productivity, and ensure consistent quality for packaging and labels.

Flint Group Packaging Solutions will showcase how an integrated ink, coating, and online platforms can help narrow web printers streamline and simplify their work at Loupe Americas 2026.

At Booth 5821, the narrow web team will guide visitors through a system designed to cut complexity, improve productivity, and support consistent print quality across a wide range of packaging and label applications.

Making its show-floor debut is the latest addition to the already established EkoCure XS product line – EkoCure Fast Cure Ultralow COF Shrink White. This new high-performance, dual-cure first-down white ink is purpose-built for shrink-sleeve applications requiring low to moderate shrink performance.

Combining high opacity, fast curing, strong adhesion, low transfer, and ultra-low-COF surface properties, EkoCure Fast Cure Ultralow COF Shrink White helps printers reduce build-up on sleeving equipment, improve press and converting performance, and achieve consistent, repeatable results. Its increased opacity may also reduce the need for multiple hits, while allowing an additional layer to be applied when greater white density is required.

The launch forms part of a broader UV LED showcase supported by EkoCure installations already operating successfully worldwide. At the show, Flint Group Packaging Solutions will demonstrate how its established UV LED ink systems provide converters a practical, proven, lower-risk path to transition from conventional UV technology.

The company will also discuss Flexocure LEAP, its newest UV conventional technology for food packaging applications. Built on an advanced resin platform, Flexocure LEAP is engineered to reduce the risk of photoinitiator migration and to protect packaging integrity as food contact material regulations tighten.

Visitors can also explore the company's comprehensive portfolio of conventional and digital coatings, designed to deliver shelf-ready visual impact and functional protection without complicating production.

Beyond products, the team will demonstrate how online platforms help customers simplify everyday operations.

FlintLink, the company’s secure customer B2B portal, will be highlighted with demonstrations showing how it provides round-the-clock access to documentation, order status, troubleshooting, and remote technical support in one convenient place.

VIVO Colour Solutions, with its end-to-end color management platform, is designed to cut the guesswork out of color matching, shorten make-ready time, and reduce substrate waste.

Kenneth Keathley, director of narrow web North America, Flint Group Packaging Solutions, said: ‘Loupe Americas is where we showcase the full breadth of what Flint Group Packaging Solutions brings to the world of label and narrow web production. We think of ourselves as a packaging solutions provider rather than just an ink supplier, and that shows in how our UV, UV LED, water-based and coating technologies are built, dropping into a converter’s existing line and keeping them ahead of where regulations are heading.

‘What matters most to us at this show is the conversations we have with customers. We want to understand what each converter is up against and point them towards practical advice they can act on. We invite attendees to visit Booth 5821 to discover how Flint Group Packaging Solutions can support their business today and into the future.’

Attendees are encouraged to visit Booth 5821 to meet the narrow web team and learn how Flint Group Packaging Solutions is combining its products with digital technologies to help customers improve performance across the entire printing workflow.
