Inx Czech Republic, the manufacturing site supporting Inx’s digital ink demand across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has earned an EcoVadis Gold medal following its first sustainability assessment. The result places the site among the top 5 percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis over the past 12 months.

For printers and packaging producers evaluating suppliers, this performance assessment provides an independent reference point for reviewing the sustainability management practices behind Inx Czech Republic’s operations. It supports customers’ supplier evaluation and responsible procurement efforts as sustainability requirements extend throughout the value chain.

Avi Bukai, Inx Europe’s managing director – digital EMEA, said the recognition supports the company’s commitment to improving its operations and providing customers with greater transparency into the supply chains they rely on.

'The Gold medal is a recognition of the entire team’s collective effort. The team is made up of experts and capable individuals with a high level of professionalism and expertise,' he explained. 'This result also serves as motivation for us to keep moving forward.'

EcoVadis evaluates companies across four sustainability themes: environment, labor & human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The assessment reviewed how the company managed these areas through its policies, actions and results.

Inx Czech Republic’s first assessment followed several months of work by the team to review existing processes, strengthen documentation and identify opportunities for further improvement. The Gold medal now provides a benchmark for continued progress.
