Under the slogan 'Future Demands for the Narrow Web Industry', Zeller+Gmelin will hold a label industry seminar at the Millenium Hotel in Stuttgart, Germany, on October 7-8 2010. The event is the first of a planned series of seminars by the company, which has previously organized conferences in the area of molded container printing.

Seminar topics will include latest developments in the market, technological trends and innovations in the field of adhesive labels. Sessions will cover migrational behavior of printing inks and adhesives, curing of ink and varnish using UV, electron beam or LED-UV-technology, analysis of printed samples, comparison of analogue and digital printing techniques, color shade differences in printing and more.

The free seminar, which is limited to 200 attendees, is aimed at end users and label and packaging converters.

Alongside the lectures, which will be simultaneously translated into German, English and French, a small trade fair will take place enabling various suppliers to present their products.
