Inland acquires Wisconsin label company
Wisconsin-based Inland has acquired Valley Label, also based in Wisconsin. The acquisition follows the recent addition of a flexographic facility in Pennsylvania last October.

‘While the acquisition last fall was focused on supporting our rapid growth in the pressure sensitive category, the purchase of Valley Label is motivated by growth in the flexible packaging market, in addition to expanding our shrink and roll-fed label capabilities,’ said Mark Glendenning, CEO and owner of Inland.
Valley Label, a flexographic printer of flexible packaging, pressure sensitive, shrink and roll-fed labels, was founded in 2000. It employs 35 people at its 48,400 sq ft facility in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Inland plans to capitalize on the newly acquired company by maintaining and growing its existing business, with future plans to include new business. The plant will serve as an addition to Inland's three facilities in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and a facility in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
