EVA Enterprise installs Edale FL3

EVA Enterprise specializes in label production with an average output of a million finished articles every day. Over the years, Edale has supplied EVA Enterprise with many presses as the company has grown to meet increasing customer demand. Tony Law, Edale’s own distribution agent for the Asia-Pacific region, has worked closely with EVA Enterprise and owner Richard Kuo for over 10 years.

One of the advantages of the FL3 is the flexibility on the number of print stations along with the job storage facility, which enables users to store jobs, production data and also press settings that can be recalled at a later date without having to reset. This was essential to the requirements of EVA Enterprise and its customers.  

EVA Enterprise explained that more than five colors are required by customers and excellent registration is essential for each and every one of them. It ran 7-8 jobs during installation and they were all 'very successful'.

Further, the FL3 has enabled EVA Enterprise to achieve fast set-ups and changeovers whilst remaining futureproof for any upgrades. The auto and pre-register options alongside the standard features are already saving the company time and money, resulting in a much higher daily production.
