India’s first Omet iFlex label press installed

The press was showcased for the first time in the country at Labelexpo India in November 2016, and was sold to Insight Graphics on the second day at the show floor. 

Installed in March, the 10-color all UV press features iVision registration control, quick change die-cutting system, complex matrix rewinder, hot air dryer, delam/relam, web turnbar, cold foil unit and two die-cutting stations.

The company was set up as a pre-press bureau in 1999 and transitioned to label printing in 2012. Shah decided to invest with Omet after a fire accident burnt his factory to the ground in August 2016.
