Outlook Group buys MPS EF flexo press

MPS Systems North America (MPS) has sold a multi-substrate, highly automated EF flexo press to Outlook Group based in Neenah, Wisconsin. The 17in 10-color MPS EF machine will be used to both meet the demands of current customers as well as to expand into new markets.

Brett Peters, senior process engineer at Outlook Group, and his team are excited about the EF’s ability to print on thin films while holding a tight register, along with the machine's operator interface and ease of use. Said Peters. 'We were impressed with what MPS showed us during their demonstration of the EF. Most important, they demonstrated the press’s ability to hold tight register, which is vital to our business.'

In March 2015, MPS announced that it would start building presses in Hobart, Wisconsin.
