Triple installation of BGM machines at Labelaid

It was back in 2015 that Warwickshire, UK-based label converter Labelaid installed its first BGM high-speed die-cutting slitter rewinder, to help meet increasing demand for plain labels in high volumes.

Labelaid has invested in two more BGM Elite eDSR Easy Load die-cutting machines together with BGM's new 410 iSR label inspection slitter rewinder.

Since then, that first BGM machine has not stopped producing and now, less than two years later and with the orders continuing to roll in, Labelaid has invested in two more BGM Elite eDSR Easy Load die-cutting machines together with BGM's new 410 iSR label inspection slitter rewinder.

‘The reliability, quality and sheer productivity of these Bar Graphic machines is amazing,’ said Labelaid managing director Adrian Gough. ‘With these new BGM machines we can take on more and bigger orders, confident in our ability to deliver.’

The new BGM Elite 410 iSR label inspection slitter rewinder boasts as standard high specification features commonly found on more expensive slitter machines, such as automatic unwind braking with an adjustable roll end, reversible rewind and machine diagnostics. It is fast and energy-efficient, with speeds of up to 300m/min running on a simple 13 amp 230V plug.

BGM's sales manager Daniel Carr commented: ‘I said back in 2015 when Labelaid first became a BGM customer that our mission is to help already successful label printing businesses become even more successful, and that's exactly what has happened.’
