Joseph Labeling Systems acquired by subsidiary of Hunkar Technologies

Joseph Labeling Systems, LLC announced that it has been acquired by Hunkar Packaging Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunkar Technologies Inc. The transaction was an asset purchase.

The purchase by Hunkar marks its third label application technology company acquisition, expanding Hunkar’s product line to now include manual label caddy dispensers, powered table top dispensers and economical mini-brute 250 applicators. 

Marshall Pelot, previously national sales manager of Joseph and now National Sales Manager of Hunkar Packaging stated, ‘I am excited to become a part of Hunkar and be able to offer my clients a complete range of custom and standard automated labeling equipment and solutions. Hunkar is a world class organization and I know Joseph clients will benefit greatly by this relationship.’
