Kammann resumes operations following takeover

Kammann has been taken over by Perusa Partners and the German press manufacturer’s former management. The company became insolvent in October 2009. 

The new operation will do business under the name Kammann Maschinenbau and will again focus on machines for direct printing on plastic materials, as well as spare parts and services. One hundred and sixty of 260 employees have been retained.
