Kroenert acquires Bachofen & Meier AG from Jagenberg AG

Max Kroenert GmbH & Co has acquired Bachofen & Meier AG, Blach, Switzerland, from Jagenberg AG. Bachofen & Meier AG is a leading supplier of machinery to the paper/ board, film and foil converting industry and will continue operating as a stand- alone enterprise within the Kroenert organization, trading under its name BMB.

The Kroenert group of companies incorporates Kroenert Corporation, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA and Drytec Trocknungs- und Befeuchtungstechnik GmbH & Co in Germany. Kroenert and BMB will continue operating out of their existing locations.
