FIG prepares for Labelexpo Asia

Flexo Image Graphics Pvt Ltd (FIG) has announced its participation in Labelexpo Asia 2025, taking place December 2-5 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), China. FIG will join the expo with three of its key principals: Rhyguan, Luster and IUV.

The sole representative, supplier and service provider of a line of flexographic presses and associated equipment from leading brands in the Indian subcontinent, FIG will join the Rhyguan, Luster and IUV team at the show.

'We are thrilled again to take part in the upcoming Labelexpo Asia 2025 with our three principals,' said Gourav Roy, managing director of Flexo Image Graphics. ‘There will be demonstrations of some of the flagship machines encompassing intermittent flexo press, UV LED curing machine, inspection and proofing systems from Rhyguan, Luster and IUV.’

Two key products on show from Rhyguan are the RF-330 intermittent flexo press machine and Plus-330 converting machine. FIG is planning to launch a new Rhyguan die-cutting system before the expo. FIG's Rhyguan installation base in India has been expanding following its celebration of the 100th machine installation.

With Luster, FIG will showcase an off-line inspection machine equipped with an 8K camera of 450mm width and new VPS software. Another product on show will be an off-line Luster inspection system with a 4x scanner.

'One day ahead of Labelexpo Asia 2025, we are planning to organize an Open House event at the new Suzhou factory of Luster,' added Roy. 'This will offer visitors the opportunity to witness Luster's operational efficiency and quality control at the factory.'

IUV is a manufacturer of advanced UV LED curing systems for the printing, coating and converting industries. 'With stable and reliable performance, IUV systems are compatible with various brands and models of machines. At the expo, we will present the outstanding performance of IUV systems equipped with the presses and equipment from Rhyguan, Weigang, Dowell, etc,' commented Roy.

He adds that a team of four from FIG will be present at the stalls of Rhyguan, Luster and IUV on all four days of Labelexpo Asia 2025.

'Our team will guide and help every trade visitor from India and abroad about the machines and equipment we are exhibiting with our principals during the show, to unfold new prospects and opportunities to meet the unmet requirements of clients,’ concluded Roy.
