Baumgarten, Rako and X-label merger creates All4Labels Group

Global label converters Baumgarten, Rako and X-label have formalized their merger – announced last year – to form the All4Labels global packaging group. The name change will take around 12 months to be fully implemented.

All4Labels is the new name for the merged group including Rako, X-Label and Baumgarten

The three companies posted a turnover of over 450 million EUR (478 million USD) in 2016, making the merged group the world’s third largest label converter. Headquarters is in Witzhave near Hamburg, Germany.

The group remains an owner-managed company, with Matthias Kurtz and Adrian Tippenhauer of Rako, Tim Fiedler and Jan Oberbeck of X-label and Fernando Gabel of Baumgarten permanent members of the executive board.

All4Labels Group brings together extensive geographical coverage with 26 plants across South America, Europe, Russia and China servicing more than 2,000 customers.
