Berco Labels installs Xeikon 3030
Berco Labels, based in Quebec City, Canada, has installed a Xeikon 3030 digital press and finishing equipment from GM. The installation was handled by Xeikon America in collaboration with Nustream Group.
The Xeikon 3030 features a 13in web width and can handle a wide variety of substrates up to 16pts without pre-coating. The GM DC330 finishing line features lamination, super gloss, flood and spot varnish, a die-cut station and dual rewind.
Berco Labels, founded more than 40 years ago, specializes in flexo label and packaging printing, with the Xeikon installation representing its first foray into digital printing technology.
