Constantia Flexibles Labels Division operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the UK, USA and South Africa.

Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure-sensitive, shrink, wraparound, foil, lid labeling and reseal packaging.

Verstraete is included in Constantia Flexibles’ Labels Division, but will continue to operate under its existing name due to its unique in-mold product offering and market specific branding.

Mike Henry, Constantia Flexibles executive vice president, heads the labels division which has been organized into the regions of Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

‘It’s critical that the labels division works together as one if we are to be successful,’ Henry said. ‘We have an extensive product portfolio and global footprint that offers a clear and simple vision or interaction with our customers.

‘With the continued consolidation in the FMCG market and associated centralized focus on global brands, there are benefits to everyone if we present a consistent clear image to the customer.’

French investment house Wendel Group recently completed the acquisition of Constantia Flexibles.

Further, and consistent with the rebrand, Constantia Flexibles has re-launched its web presence at www.cflex.com
