Dscoop Latin America to launch in second half of 2013

Dscoop executive director Eric Hawkinson told attendees at the first Dscoop EMEA conference, Print United, that a specific operation to represent graphic arts business owners and technical professionals who use HP Indigo and Scitex equipment and related technology in Latin America will launch towards the end of 2013.

Dscoop is an independent global community of such users, and already operates in North America, the Asia-Pacific region and, mostly recently, the EMEA region. It is focused on educating and connecting its members with each other and with HP, to improve members’ business growth, efficiency and profitability.

Speaking during the opening session of Print United, which took place in Barcelona, Spain, on November 7-9, Hawkinson said Dscoop would continue its growth as a global network with the launch of Dscoop Latin America.

Hawkinson said: ‘Dscoop provides the roadmap to success, providing networking and sharing opportunities to make businesses more effective.’

The arrival of Dscoop Latin America will coincide with a number of enhanced business tools for members, which will become available in the coming months.
