EFI acquires Shuttleworth

EFI has acquired Shuttleworth Business Systems, a privately held print software provider headquartered in Kettering, UK, to strengthen its position in the country’s MIS market.

EFI has extended its presence in the UK MIS market with the acquisition of Shuttleworth

Andy King, joint managing director of Shuttleworth, said the acquisition will bring additional value to the company’s customers. ‘EFI has the technology, skill and reach that will enable Shuttleworth customers continued growth and success for years to come.’
