Grafotronic releases new generation of modular finishing machines

Grafotronic has introduced a completely redesigned series of modular machines for slitting, inspection, die-cutting and digital finishing, as well as confirming a number of corporate changes such as a new manufacturing facility in Poland.

Grafotronic has invested in a new 1,200 sq m development, customer service and production factory in Warsaw, Poland

The redesigned machines have been improved and enhanced in terms of, ‘virtually every component, function and design,’ according to Tomasz Skrobik, vice president of operations and production at Grafotronic.

‘This is not just a face lift, it is a new generation of Grafotronic modular machines all together,’ he said. ‘Based on our 10 years of experience and 500 machines supplied worldwide we have improved and enhanced virtually every part, function and design of our machines starting from a white sheet of paper.’

Grafotronic has also invested in a new 1,200 sq m development, customer service and production factory in Warsaw, Poland.  The new premises are built to be an ultra-modern web finishing factory, with 10 assembly lines allowing reduced delivery times for machines and the ability to react faster to customers’ needs for new features and functions.

‘Our focus has been on changeover  time, productivity and efficiency, and we are introducing new technology and  smart solutions in order to make our machines the most effective in the industry.’

Mattias Malmqvist, vice president of sales and marketing at Grafotronic, said: ‘All our existing models are of course still available and we are 100 percent dedicated to supporting all existing customers around the world with service and spare parts.

‘The new generation of machines is a natural step in our aim to be the leading producer of finishing machines.’

Further, a new 24/7 customer service organization staffed by experienced engineers will help to support customers globally.
