The award was received by Peackock Bros general manager Ryan McGrath at the 2016 Australasian annual Honeywell Partner Conference.

The conference also saw the presentation of the first version of Honeywell’s recently released ZSim2, an advanced emulation software package that facilitates fast barcode label printing and enables companies to upgrade their existing printers. The ZSim2 platform is compatible with the Zebra ZPL II printer command language to help businesses upgrade to fast and user-friendly label-printing.

Available on most Honeywell printers, ZSim2 is designed for easy installation and configuration, and it prints labels that are virtually identical to those printed by other devices.

‘ZSim2 offers businesses the flexibility to upgrade to some of the most advanced label printers on the market,’ said Tony Repaci, Honeywell sensing and productivity solutions country manager for Australia/New Zealand.

‘Whether it is retail shelf price labeling, office packing and shipping labeling or distribution center barcode labeling applications, Honeywell has an extensive range of printers focused on solving the toughest printing challenges.’
